Adele Bihn


President

Since founding the company in 1975, Adele has adapted our strategies and services to meet the demands of an evolving marketplace and position Data Marketing, Inc. as a premiere all-in-one data, intelligence, and direct marketing solution for our clients.

Recognizing the importance of high quality data in direct marketing, Adele has established a best practices approach to targeted data selection through demographic analysis and regression modeling. This allows our clients to leverage true market intelligence, doing more with less. Under her direction our team works to align message with market.

With a breadth of personal experience spanning the financial industry to community non-profits, Adele is aware of the challenges faced in B2C and B2B marketing across a number of sectors. Adele has worked to expand Data Marketing’s product offerings to serve every major business vertical, including the rapidly growing green energy market. She personally led Data Marketing’s own efforts to become a Green Marketing Business and works closely with our utility partners in developing effective campaigns to drive up green power program participation across the nation.

Adele holds a BA in History from Santa Clara University and studied abroad as a Turk Hukumet Burselari/Fulbright Scholar. She has served on the Board of Regents for Santa Clara University as well as the university’s Diversity Committee. Adele was a founding Chair for California Business Bank which pioneered special service relationships for non-profit organizations.

Did you know? Adele's rifle skills earned her a Sharpshooter Award at age 5.

Kevin Ahern


Senior Account Executive

In his over 18 years of experience with Data Marketing, Kevin has established a long track record of success for our clients.

Kevin believes in results oriented, hands on project management and provides end to end support to ensure that our clients meet their marketing goals. This involves treating each direct mail campaign as one component of an overall marketing approach, making innovative recommendations within the context of previous and concurrent marketing efforts.

Kevin’s primary focus in the non-profit and government sectors has made him acutely aware of the specific rules and regulations of those industries and how to overcome the hurdles your organization may face.

In addition to being Data Marketing’s top Senior Account Executive, Kevin also functions as our HR Manager and Safety Coordinator. Prior to joining Data Marketing, Kevin spent 4 years in the United States Air Force and over 19 years working in construction.

Did you know? Kevin spent 12 years coaching and mentoring children in Little League baseball, at times serving as league President, Player Agent and even Umpire.

William Cornejo


Operations Officer

As Operations Officer, William oversees MIS, Research, Production, and Customer Service Departments, and is therefore responsible for the proper implementation of every Direct Mail Campaign. William also plays a vital role in Data Marketing’s strategic positioning and team building. Beginning in 2003 he set out to get hands-on experience in every aspect of project delivery at DMI - from target list selection, modeling and analysis, sourcing, and creative development through strategic planning and campaign management - so he could have a personal and direct understanding of project requirements.

Prior to joining Data Marketing, Inc., and while attending college, William served as an advisor to his family business and worked as a realtor. In 2003, he received his BS in Business Cum Laude from San Jose State University. William is currently pursuing his MBA at Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.

Did you know? William has a passion for real football (soccer to some). He plays in the adult leagues and coaches teams for two of his three children.

Robert Heinrich


Research Director

As the Director of Research at Data Marketing Inc, Robert Heinrich has been responsible for overseeing data selection, customer/donor profiling and response analytics for direct marketing campaigns nationwide. For almost ten years Robert has been employing regression analysis to improve the success of marketing campaigns across all major industries.

For the past four years Robert has been working with industry partners to adapt proven data modeling techniques to develop customized data enhancements and analysis methods to improve utility/green energy marketing effectiveness and drive up program participation.
